Job Role: Project Co-Ordinator
Job Type: Full Time/Perm
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Flexible dependent on skills and experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project C0-ordinator to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing to the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Act as one of the points of contact for all drawing and document control issues
* Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on central document management system
* Review and control of document management protocols
* Archiving historical documentation
* Assist Design Managers and project teams in document management
* Clear communication of expectations for documents management with designers / design sub-contractors
* Produce weekly reports of information logged and circulate
* Monitoring of design technical queries
* Distribution of design information
* Completion, maintenance and monitoring of records
* Ensure proper records maintained for document distribution
* Weekly reporting
* Compilation of O&M Manuals
* Training internal and external users on document systems
Experience:
* Proven experience of working within Document Control/Project Co-Ordination
* Knowledge and experience of Document Management toolsets
* Strong Microsoft Office experience
* Experience of working in the construction industry
* Previous use of Viewpoint for Projects, Field View & SharePoint
* As well as the use of the document management software you will be confident with Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word and Excel
