This is a full-time leadership role, ideal for a strong DT practitioner with the vision and drive to lead a successful department. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic development of Design & Technology across KS3, KS4 & KS5, ensuring high standards of teaching, curriculum innovation, and strong student outcomes. You will lead on curriculum planning, assessment, departmental development, and staff mentoring, while maintaining your own teaching timetable within your DT specialism (e.g. Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering).
