We are searching for an experienced Transfer Pricing Associate Director.
Make an Impact within our Transfer Pricing team at RSM UK
Our National Transfer Pricing Team works closely with our broad range of clients and helps manage their transfer pricing compliance whilst also acting as expert advisors and driving their transfer pricing agenda. The Transfer Pricing Team covers multiple areas such as transfer pricing model design, implementation support, operational transfer pricing, preparation of transfer pricing documentation, controversy support, and thin capitalisation reviews.
As an Associate Director in our Transfer Pricing team in either London, Reading, Birmingham or across the North West, you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge, skills, and development in a creative, entrepreneurial, and supportive environment, working with many fantastic clients. Your responsibilities will include incorporating business development activities, working with senior team members to develop opportunities, and contributing to proposals. You’ll make an impact by:
* Being part of a high-performing tax team supporting a diverse range of international clients.
* Owning Transfer Pricing projects as part of the client service team.
* Providing valuable transfer pricing advice across various transactions and industries.
* Supporting the development of junior team members.
* Collaborating with partners and directors across service lines to support business development activities.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate will have:
* ACA qualification (or equivalent).
* UK Transfer Pricing experience.
* Technical knowledge of transfer pricing (OECD Guidelines).
* Experience in a client-facing role.
* Proven advising experience on technical matters.
* Client handling and portfolio management experience.
* Interest and experience in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
