RED is working with a global organisation looking for a senior OKTA specialist to take ownership of a business-critical identity platform.
This is a strong fit for someone who can combine OKTA platform expertise, workflow knowledge, operational leadership, and stakeholder management in a complex enterprise setting.
Key focus areas:
* Ownership of the global OKTA platform, standards, and roadmap
* OKTA Workflows design and governance
* SSO, Adaptive MFA, Lifecycle Management, API Access Management
* Policy management, group changes, rule modifications, and app integrations
* Major incident leadership across P1/P2 authentication and access issues
* Agent deployments, upgrades, patching, and AD agent support
* Admin access, service account governance, attestation, and audit support
* Platform resilience, SLA performance, and 24x7 service continuity
What they’re looking for:
* 12–15+ years in IAM / Security / Systems Administration
* 2+ years of hands-on OKTA administration
* Strong enterprise experience across authentication, federation, and access management
* Proven background supporting IAM platforms in a global 24x7 environment
* Strong knowledge of OKTA app integration, workflows, BAU support, and platform governance
* Ability to operate as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor to leadership
