In-house talent role in consulting – predominantly remote role - £45,000 plus great benefits
Exciting chance to join IT / tech consultancy in this newly created role – this is a great opportunity for an experienced tech recruiter to have some autonomy, supporting candidates through the recruitment journey at this established and successful software consultancy. This is not a sales or search / headhunting role as you will work with external recruitment partners and current network referrals.
Location and Working Mode
* Predominantly remote role (c. 6 days in the office per month) – great London office in Farringdon but the business also has smaller hubs nationwide with offices to work from. Small people team of experienced colleagues.
* Farringdon / Clerkenwell base with office attendance required 4-6 times a month, this role needs someone with at least 5 years’ tech recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
* Receive candidates from external recruiters, conduct initial phone / video screening calls ensuring alignment and fit with company values.
* Manage candidate progression through the application process: scheduling interviews, providing feedback, ensuring data accuracy and a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment experience.
* Recruit for roles in DevOps / Software Engineering / Systems Admin / Data – the company’s clients are UK household names who need assistance on large projects including software / apps / ecommerce / data management.
* Build a great pipeline of candidates, running the new role autonomously.
