Package & Benefits – Because Your Skills Deserve Rewarding * Salary up to £56,000 * Company vehicle or car allowance * Annual bonus scheme * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Stakeholder pension scheme * Career development in a growing team with a strong pipeline of work ️ Key Responsibilities of the Gas Site Agent As a Gas Site Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing teams on the ground and ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently: * Oversee deep excavations, gas mains installations, service replacements, and full reinstatement * Act as Competent Person on site, ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met * Conduct regular site audits and ensure adherence to CDM Regulations * Coordinate resources, materials, and plant to keep projects on track * Communicate effectively with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholders * Deliver quality work within deadline and budget constraints What We’re Looking For in a Gas Site Agent * Proven experience managing gas mains and service replacement projects (up to 10") * Strong background in civils and deep excavation * NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (Essential) * Ideally, Competent Person certification * Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that inspire confidence on-site
