Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Assistant located in Greenford. The Nursery Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the nursery, including supervising and engaging with children, assisting in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the well-being of all children. The role also involves communicating with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
Qualifications
* Experience in Childcare and Early Childhood Education
* Ability to plan and implement educational activities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
* Patience, creativity, and a caring nature
* Experience working in a nursery or similar environment is beneficial
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education
