We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Warehouse Administrator to act as the key link between our office team and warehouse operations, with a strong focus on Amazon Purchase Orders and dispatch accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone with e-commerce or warehouse admin experience who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Act as the main point of contact between office and warehouse teams for Amazon-related operations
Provide clear operational guidance to warehouse teams based on office and marketplace requirements
Use Excel, Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, and Linnworks daily to track progress and manage communication
Support wider warehouse administration as required
Previous administrative experience within e-commerce or a warehouse environment
Confident user of Excel, Teams, ClickUp, and Linnworks
