The Role:
* Lead, support, and supervise a small team
* Conduct regular 1-1s, performance reviews, and team check-ins
* Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and service levels
* Handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff
* Deliver and coordinate training plans
* Support with team development and reporting
* Step in to handle urgent customer issues when needed
* Promote a positive, customer-first culture across the team
The Candidate:
* Experience supervising or mentoring a team
* Strong office-based customer service experience
* Experience in a Customer Service Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role
* Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
