Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with a good track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 30 academies; 17 secondary and 13 primaries across the North of England in fourteen Local Authority regions. We are looking to appoint a committed and compassionate Inclusion Coordinator to join our academy as part of the DEEP Support Team. This is a key role in ensuring that all students feel supported, valued and able to succeed, regardless of their individual needs or barriers to learning. The successful candidate will play an important part in removing obstacles, promoting inclusion and supporting students to fully engage with their education. Working closely with the DEEP Support team, teaching staff, families and external agencies, the Inclusion Coordinator will support students who may require additional guidance, intervention or personalised support. You will help to create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive both academically and personally.
