Job Description
We are looking for a Administrator to support one of our schools in Pembrokeshire.. As an Administrator, you'll need to wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, and the organiser being a few of them. You should have the skills to communicate with various people, organise and manage daily tasks, and keep all educational programs running. If you're up to the task, and you're also committed ensuring pupis recieve high-quality education, we'd like to meet you. The successful individual will be involved in student absence administration but it is likely that they would move around various departments providing admin support as required.
Responsibilities
* Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
* Helping to ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
* Communicate with parents, learners, colleagues and the public
Requirements
* Proven experience as an administrator
* Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
* Ability to use computers, particularly MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding organizational ability
