Job Description: Family Solicitor NQ - 3PQE
Salary: £50,000 +
Location: Bath
Hybrid working: 2-3 days WFH

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or experience Family Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal advice, and develop their career within a team that values professional growth, collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing a caseload of private family law matters, including children and domestic abuse cases, under appropriate supervision.
* Providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice to clients throughout their matters.
* Preparing cases for negotiation, court proceedings, and advocacy where required.
* Collaborating with partners and colleagues to support positive client outcomes and team objectives.
* Ensuring compliance with SRA requirements, proper file management, and the ongoing development of the department.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ to 5 years' PQE) with a focus on Family Law.
* Experience handling private family law matters, including children and domestic abuse cases.
* Exposure to preparing matters for negotiation, court proceedings, and advocacy.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
* Organised and able to manage a caseload while maintaining compliance with SRA rules.
* Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team development.
