The shift pattern for this post is: Monday - Friday.
Please be advised that, effective 1 April 2026, the full-time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
You will provide a day to day administrative role in the production and maintenance of the Monthly Medical staff on-call Rotas for Emergency Care and Medical Specialties. In this respect you will be required to liaise with all members of the clinical team and the Clinical Service Manager. You will act as the focal point of contact for Medical staff in relation to on-call Rota service enquiries. You will also be a focal point for the provision of help and advice to staff members, patients and professionals in relation to service enquiries and rota management. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely inputting into the NHS Rota Watch system. You should have a qualification (HNC/HND) in business administration/other relevant subject and relevant experience in a similar administrative role or significant experience in a similar role if you do not have qualifications. You should have experience working within NHS or similar organisation and have a wide knowledge of the workings of the National Health Service.
