What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Team Leader to lead a team of 4 classes in our busy and thriving school. This role is perfect for aspiring Deputy Heads/Headteachers, equipping them with the skills and understanding of school leadership.
* to be exemplary in the classroom
* able to organise and monitor the learning of up to 120 pupils with the support of an established SLT
* have the ability to review quality of teaching, learning and assessment
* are able to deploy support staff
* will be a member of the SLT contributing to the strategic leadership of the school
* are able to communicate well with a wide range of audiences
* have proven KS2 experience
* is able to develop our positive team spirit in an ever-changing landscape
