An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable & Property Administrator to join a prestigious, market-leading multinational real estate investment and asset management company.

This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a dynamic and well-established Finance Team, with genuine long-term career progression and development prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately receipt, post, and allocate residential rental income
* Perform regular bank reconciliations
* Maintain precise records of payments and refunds in the cashbook
* Review arrears reports for each site
* Investigate arrears and resolve unposted or misallocated receipts evaluating differences between ledger balances and outstanding balances
* Assist in preparing and updating tenant rental payment schedules
* Track rental agreements, lease details, and tenant move-out dates
* Collaborate with Operations and Asset Management teams to understand utility infrastructures across the portfolio
* Manage council tax and utilities for void properties, ensuring accurate occupancy records
* Monitor and record void unit water and energy consumption, including meter readings
* Liaise with local authorities to ensure council tax billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for void units including photographic evidence, meter logs, and tenancy records
* Keep tenant and central filing systems up to date and well-organised
* Respond to supplier queries professionally and efficiently
* Support special projects and contribute to process improvements as needed
Successful candidates will have acquired commercial experience as a Property Administrator preferably in portfolio or rental administrative roles, Accounts Receivable Assistant, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Billings Administration, Property Cashiering or Client Accounts within the property or real estate sectors.
Alternatively, the client would welcome applications from Accounting & Finance graduates (grade 2:1 or above) with 6-12 mths experience in Accounts Receivable or Payables as training will be provided.
In addition, you will be proficient in the use of Excel with good organisational skills as well as the ability to communicate both written and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
