What's involved with this role: Job Title: Planning Officer Ref: Guildford 5271272 Pay rate: £15.46 per hour PAYE A Basic DBS is required Hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office at least once a week and another day in the area for site visits. A Driving Licence is required and access to a vehicle to attend visits. The role: We are seeking an experienced individual to be a case officer over the summer months to help with householder applications and small minor development. The post would suit an individual who has experience of dealing with a high volume of householder and minor applications with various competing constraints including Green Belt, National Landscape, flooding and Listed Building and Conservation Areas. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they manage their caseload with a good turnover of applications on a weekly basis.
