We’re recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor to join our growing East Midlands Region, based at our new development in Queniborough, Leicestershire. This site is in the early stages of construction, launching in January 2026, with a significant volume of warm leads from signage. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special, from the ground up.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of this development, guiding customers through the off-plan buying journey and helping them find their perfect home. Located in a fast-growing region, this is your chance to represent one of the UK’s largest privately-owned housebuilders, known for quality, customer care, and community. Main Duties
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product, construction, local information, competitors, and our unique selling points, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Initiate contact with prospects, record and follow up all visitors, and update prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
* Take reservations and process all paperwork accurately, ensuring customers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
* Ensure all timescales are met by proactively managing contracts and completions to meet or exceed targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, building society managers, and valuers.
* Regularly liaise with Financial Advisors to stay informed about the mortgage market and products.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required.

* Experience in sales within the new house building market
* Full Driving Licence
* Proven sales and negotiation skills
