Contract: Full-time, long-term
Pay: £95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)
Setting: EYFS / Nursery within a primary school
Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (preferred)
About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive Tower Hamlets primary school is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join its EYFS team. This role is based in a well-resourced Nursery setting and focuses on supporting children's early learning, communication, and personal development through structured play and guided activities.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead to deliver engaging provision, support daily routines, and contribute to observations and assessments. The school values nurturing relationships, consistency, and high-quality early years practice.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is keen to appoint an Early Years Practitioner who:
Has experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting
Holds (or is working towards) a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Understands the EYFS framework and child development
Is warm, proactive, and enthusiastic
Works well as part of a collaborative team
