Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team at Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Winchester. The successful candidate will work in the Pharmacy Technician‑managed dispensary and will need to travel flexibly to all hospitals within the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Supervise junior staff and workflow.
* Support training of others.
* Participate in reviewing SOPs.
* Investigate incident reports.
* Perform final accuracy checks.
* Support overall workflow.
* Dispense inpatient and out‑patient prescriptions.
* Manage stock control, ordering and supply of medicines.
* Provide flexible working arrangements where possible; all requests will be considered.
