ABOUT THE SCHOOLWe are a well‑established, forward‑looking secondary school located in central Coventry. Our ethos places creativity at the core of our curriculum, and we are seeking a Music Teacher who can support this vision during a temporary period of staffing need.
THE ROLE – KEY FOCUS AREAS1. High‑Quality Classroom DeliveryYou will teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing well‑structured lessons that engage and challenge learners of all abilities.
2. Contribution to Department ContinuityAlthough the post is temporary, you will play an important role in maintaining curriculum consistency, offering fresh input and supporting the ongoing development of the department.
3. Professionalism and Passion for MusicWe wee teachers from varied musical backgrounds—traditional, contemporary, digital or blended—who aremitted to high standards and positive student oues.

1. Position: Temporary Music Teacher
2. Location: Coventry (central, easily accessible)
3. Start Date: As soon as available
4. Contract: Fixed-term / temporary
5. Hours: Full-time preferred
6. Remuneration:petitive, reflective of experience and qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
7. Qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS desirable; strong ECTs encouraged to apply)
8. Confident teaching Music at KS3 and KS4
9. Organised, calm under pressure andmitted to safeguarding and student progress
10. Able to join a collaborative team and make an immediate, positive impact
