The Administrator Role

As an Administrator, you'll support the Chief People Officer and HR Manager across a variety of HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admin duties
2. Screening CVs and arranging interviews
3. Posting job vacancies and vetting candidates
4. Issuing employment contracts and managing new starter paperwork
5. Conducting references, background checks, and coordinating logistics for new hires
6. Distributing pension information
7. Collecting payroll data and assisting with compensation and benefits documentation
8. Maintaining accurate employee records (holidays, sickness, leavers)
9. Supporting HR-related inquiries and requests
10. Diary management

The Administrator

11. Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
12. Administration experience in previous employment
13. Competent using Microsoft Programs

14. £24,
15. 26 days plus Bank Holidays
16. Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:15 with a 1-hour lunch break
17. Office Based
