SALARY: £61,344 - £68,160
LOCATION:Leeds
HOURS:Full-time

Whatyou’llbe doing
We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our Changing Together Design team.You will play a pivotal role in shaping how Changing Together is understood, adopted, and embedded across the Group.
Working at the heart of a strategic transformation initiative, you will define and deliver a communications approach that drives clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across platform teams and senior leadership.
Sowhat exactly would yoube responsible for?
1. Developing and delivering a clear, outcome-focused communications strategy aligned to Changing Together priorities
2. Shaping andmaintaininga consistent, compelling narrative across all pillars
3. Creating high-quality content and creative assets that make communications easy to understand, engaging, and accessible
4. Optimising communication channels and approaches to improve reach and effectiveness
5. Creating targeted content across key channels (e.g. SharePoint, newsletters, Viva Engage)
6. Measuring communication impact and using insights to continuously improve
7. Managing and evolving SharePoint content to ensure it is clear,accessibleand up to date
8. Supporting adoption of tools,methodsand ways of working through effective communication

Whatwe’relooking for?
9. Experience in developing a communications strategy.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
11. Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
12. Experience in planning and launching communications across various channels.
13. Strong competency in information gathering and stakeholder engagement/management.
14. Experience in planning and hosting events.
And any experience of these would be great
15. Strong experience in promotional visual design (print and digital), with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite andSynthesia.
