With a 150-acre site and a 3,000 sqm indoor arena, the Showground also serves as a renowned venue for various major events, including concerts, exhibitions, and conferences throughout the year.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Norwich Area, United Kingdom, for a Sponsorship & Corporate Partnerships Manager. The individual in this role will oversee the development and management of sponsorship opportunities and corporate relationships for RNAA events, including the Royal Norfolk Show. Responsibilities include identifying and securing sponsorship leads, nurturing long-term partnerships, coordinating sponsorship deliverables, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional event value for stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends to inform sponsorship strategies and supporting broader revenue-generation activities.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition, corporate partnerships, and relationship management</li><li>Strong skills in event planning, negotiation, and account management</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders</li><li>Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify sponsorship opportunities and market trends</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and other business tools; familiarity with event-planning software is beneficial</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and proactively manage deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of or interest in agriculture, rural industries, or event management is advantageous</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required</li></ul></div>
