The Role
The HRIS Systems Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimise the Access People XD HR Information System, ensuring the system supports HR operations effectively and securely.
Responsibilities
* System Administration & Maintenance- performing regular system audits, data validation etc
* System Enhancements & Customisation- test and deploy system upgrades
* Reporting & Data Analytics - providing accurate and timely HR data analysis
* Training & support- providingtechnical support and training, facilitating UAT test for new features and upgrades.
* Compliance and Security- ensuring RIS compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, specifically with Access People XD would be desirable.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
* Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and report generation within Access People XD or a similar system
* Familiarity with database management and integration tools.

Please note that this role is 40 hrs per week- Monday to Friday.
