Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Flexible Working
We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in London. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects across education, leisure, healthcare, and life sciences, working on 2-stage schemes.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial aspects of projects from cost planning to final account.
* Prepare valuations, variation assessments, and reports.
* Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
* Support senior QS team with commercial reporting and risk management.
Requirements
* Proven experience with a Tier 1 contractor.
* Strong knowledge of 2-stage tendering and construction procurement.
* Experience across education, healthcare, leisure, or life sciences.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
