We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual (AV) Commissioning Engineer to join our team. This role involves programming, installing, and maintaining AV systems while acting as the primary point of contact for clients with maintenance contracts. You will manage fault calls, schedule site visits, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme, implement and commission corporate AV solutions
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV hardware and software, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and control systems
3. Serve as the main contact for clients with maintenance contracts, handling fault calls and coordinating and attending site visits to resolve issues
4. Provide technical support for clients
5. Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system compatibility and network integration
