Company & Commercial Solicitor - 3-5 Years PQE - Chippenham
Location: Chippenham
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (9am-5.30pm)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
A well established and highly respected regional firm is seeking a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its friendly and collaborative team in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving caseload, develop strong client relationships, and work within a firm that combines high quality commercial work with a genuine High Street, community focused feel.
The Role
You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload of company and commercial matters, including:
* Business sales, acquisitions and mergers
* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
* Shareholder agreements
* Franchises, agency agreements and business start ups
* Advising a broad range of local and regional businesses
* Supporting a collaborative team and maintaining excellent client care
Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for a solicitor with:
* Around 3-5 years\' PQE in company & commercial work
* Strong communication and client facing skills
* A commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage a busy workload efficiently
* A calm, proactive and solutions focused approach
* A genuine team player attitude and commitment to high standards
