The Role – Graduate Behaviour Mentor
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will support students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs, including anxiety, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. You will run 1:1 sessions, deliver small group work, and promote emotional regulation. You will also assist in class to support learning and behaviour management.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Behaviour Mentor
* Psychology or related degree (2:1 or higher)
* Confident personality with resilience to thrive as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, or youth work is valuable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
