As an Architect at Ridge you will join our significantly experienced Architectural team, working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will be expected to work independently, although under the direction, and with the support of the Team Manager.
Responsibilities
* Design & Technical Leadership qualities
* Strong design and technical detailing skills - Revit experience would be beneficial
* Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
* Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications
* Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
* Managing planning applications, Building Regulations
* Inspection of building work on site
* Knowledge of UK best practice standards
* Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges
* Assist in Business Development
Qualifications and skills
* The skills and experience you need to have for this role: Experience of working on large scale residential master planning project is desirable but not essential.
* Candidates must ensure the highest design quality throughout all projects and be able to work efficiently and diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work.
