Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Provide field services training and related activities in Either Winding M echanical or Electrical disciplines related to Brush Power Generation products for both employees and customers. This would in clud e delivering product, system and process training. While p roviding ongoing support and m entoring to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution is maintained. As part of the Training team design specific training courses for legacy and new product offerings, for in person delivery at the Academy in Florence and our facilities in Czech Republic, Pittsburgh, and Houston. O nline /remote content will also be presented. Work closely with the Technical help desk (Service 24) and Field service Management teams to identify skill gaps, provide training courses and share training bulletins. Work together with high level people from the business, SPB and EB level s. Specif y needs, communicate about how project s are approach e d and present outcomes of the research done. Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Handles diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
