Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

Please note that you will be required to work in the Newquay/St Austell area with Truro as your office base. As part of this role, you will be required to work occasional Saturdays.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Have attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months.
* Have a driving license with access to a vehicle, with business use added to insurance.
Experience
* Experience or motivation to work in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields.
* Experience working with individuals facing substance misuse issues is preferred.
* Ability to build effective relationships, work collaboratively, and communicate well.
* Resilience, organizational skills, and flexibility are essential.
