I'd like to speak with an experienced Conveyancer/Residential Lawyer interested in joining one of the Southwestslongest-standing and most respected law firms. You’ll take on a sole conveyancer role, supported by a full-time secretary, with an existing caseload of 60+ live files. The work is varied, covering everything from straightforward local transactions to high-value homes, new builds, plot sales, and occasional auction work. Commercial property experience would be a bonus, but it isn’t essential.
The firm is looking for a professional who can run files independently and hit the ground running. Strong residential property experience is key.
