As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: SEO strategy implementation, in conjunction with the wider team Manage landing pages for high conversions and focus on web journeys Email marketing management, including automation and lead nurture sequences Organic LinkedIn posts Lead magnets like whitepapers, calculators, templates Webinars, virtual events or gated video content Help develop our ABM and personalisation strategy Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels. A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and funnel experiments to improve conversion rates. Manage paid campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and report on campaign performance. Your Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role. Proven track record of delivering MQL targets and building pipeline from campaigns Hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns Automation experience Good understanding of lead scoring, funnel stages and marketing attribution Proven track record of running successful acquisition and retention campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions. A self-starter with a test-and-learn mentality and a passion for growth.
