An established law firm in Kent is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join its growing property team.This is a great opportunity for a solicitor at NQ to 3 years PQE to gain exposure to a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The Role:
Managing a range of commercial property matters, including:Acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leasesLandlord and tenant mattersDevelopment and property finance workHandling matters from instruction through to completionProviding clear, practical advice to clientsWorking closely with colleagues across the property team
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) NQ - 3 years PQEExperience or training in commercial property mattersStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA client-focused and professional approach
