HR Coordinator Hybrid – Leading Employer in Stratford-upon-Avon Full-time/Permanent £35-£40K Are you passionate about people, data and development? We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our client's growing HR team. Someone who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy and is eager to make a real impact on employee experience and learning culture. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR and L&D enquiries, providing professional support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll combine strong administrative capability with genuine curiosity for people data and development. What You’ll Do Coordinate and deliver the company’s annual learning and development plan, from professional qualifications to leadership and soft skills programmes. Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials and attendance tracking. Support the roll-out of development pathways and liaise with external training providers to ensure quality and value. Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys and recruitment administration. Maintain HR and training records with accuracy and GDPR compliance. Produce and interpret HR and L&D reports identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement. Build partnerships with educational institutions to support early careers and apprenticeships. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in an HR or L&D coordination role. Power BI or Advanced Excel skills - confident in manipulating and analysing HR data to inform decisions and drive improvements. Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for people and learning. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
