What the job involves As a Community Wellbeing Social Worker, you will engage in a dynamic range of adult social work activities, including Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Section 42 Enquiries. You'll work with diverse adult populations, employing a strength-based approach to empower individuals and champion independence. Additional tasks include handling CHC and s117 work to ensure seamless support. You'll thrive in a culture that offers regular supervision and supports professional growth.
