Teaching Personnel is working with a primary school in the LA3 area that is seeking a full-time PPA Cover professional to begin in April 2026. The school is open to applications from both Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) and fully qualified Teachers.
This welcoming, community-focused primary school is looking for a proactive and adaptable practitioner who can confidently deliver high-quality learning across the school while maintaining positive relationships with pupils and staff. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the school’s values and contribute to its supportive, encouraging environment.
This full-time role will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential opportunity to move onto a school-based contract for the right candidate.

* Have recent and relevant experience within a primary school setting
* Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons across different classes
* Demonstrate the ability to uphold the school’s values and maintain high standards
* Be adaptable, positive, and able to support a wide range of learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
