We’re recruiting an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at Glasgow Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to £57k per annum including overtime.
Working Hours
Full time - 39.5 hours per week, working 5 days over 7. (rotating shift pattern; week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, week 2: 10:00 - 18:30, week 3: 13:30 - 22:00)
Weekend working will be required on a rotational basis once every 3 weeks, with a weekend supplement for Saturday (£50 per attendance) and Sunday (£100 per attendance).

* Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
* Use your own toolkit for routine maintenance and repairs on light/heavy goods vehicles.

About You
* Qualified mechanic: Fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent). Own toolkit for standard repairs.
* Varied vehicle experience: Proven experience working on a wide range of vehicles.
* Valid UK driving licence: Full manual UK driving licence.
* High standards: Pride in your work and commitment to quality.
* Flexible: Able to work on a flexible shift rota and support your team as needed.
