* - Experience supporting young people in project-based settings, helping overcome challenges.
* - Strong communication.
* - Flexibility to work varying shifts.
* - Proactive nature.
* - To be able to encourage and promote a safe environment for young people.
Preferred but not essential:
* - Full UK Driving License
* - Access to own vehicle
Responsibilities:
1. - Offer direct support to vulnerable individuals.
2. - Provide safe accommodation for young people.
3. - Monitor safety of building and young people.
4. - Provide emotional support, advocacy, and practical assistance.
5. - Coordinate with external agencies for resources and services.
6. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
