What You’ll Be Doing
* As the Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll help keep the site running smoothly day-to-day, including:
* Ensuring the site is always safe, efficient and compliant.
* Completing monitoring checks and planning next treatment steps.
* Updating internal systems with batch activities and treatment changes.
* Following company procedures, work instructions and RAMS to maintain exceptional H&S standards.
* Carrying out site inductions, toolbox talks and checking contractor RAMS.
* Maintaining excellent operational standards and suggesting improvements.
* Managing equipment stock levels and organising replacements.
* Reporting site deficiencies and safety concerns promptly, recording actions taken.
* Managing documentation in line with the site permit and quality systems.
* Carrying out regular safety, quality and compliance checks (fire safety, first aid, calibrations, maintenance records, asbestos logs, monthly checks).
* Working closely with the Works Manager to plan site activities.
* Supporting housekeeping standards and assisting the QA/QC teams.
