Milk Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Liverpool (L14) on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide general classroom support in a Year 5 class, assisting with day-to-day learning activities and helping to deliver engaging English and maths support sessions. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general classroom support to the class teacher and Year 5 pupils.
2. Support children’s learning through group work, interventions, and focused support.
3. Assist with the delivery of reading, writing, and maths activities.
4. Encourage inclusion and positive behaviour within the classroom.
5. Help with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and assessment activities.
Essential Requirements:
6. Recent and relevant experience working in an educational setting.
7. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent.
8. A passion for supporting KS2 pupils and helping them reach their potential.
9. Ability to follow direction from the class teacher and work effectively as part of a team.
