Overview
Associate Director for Real Estate Cost Management (Construction) — responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven to establish Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy, embedding and promoting our values.

Qualifications
* Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
* Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
* Degree or HNC level qualification.
* Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
