Overall Role:
* Learn to produce fabrications and welded frames to the Company engineering drawings and standard schedules from stock materials, which are primarily aluminum extrusion, angle and box sections
* Train to use company equipment, saws, CNC press brake, guillotine sheet metal equipment
* To shape and form items as per engineering drawing requirements
* Train to use both MIG and TIG welding equipment; a formal training certificate is desirable
* Train to finish welded assembly or individual piece parts by fettling process
* Keep sheet metal area clean, tidy and free from hazards
* Meet the weekly targets set for the assembly of units as specified in workload documentation

* Ensure that the department maintains a high level of quality while working to company standards and H & S requirements
37.5 hour weeks 07:30 – 15:30
Overtime may also be available as well as membership of the production bonus scheme
