HR Operations Administrator (CH13580) - Bath, BA2 7AYAbout the roleJoin our busy HR Operations Team and build your experience within one of the UK’s leading universities. As part of our Hourly Paid Worker (HPW) team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high quality HPW and HR administration service.In this role, you'll take responsibility for managing the administration processes for hourly paid workers, maintaining accurate records within the HR system and ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with Payroll. You’ll also support the administration of staff references and assist with a range of ad-hoc tasks. It’s a great opportunity to broaden your skills and be part of a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and excellent service.Ideally you will:have a proven track record in administration, preferably gained within a fast-paced office environment and have an interest in HR administration;possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels;have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work effectively and consistently meet deadlines.Further informationThis part-time position is for 18.25 hours per week and is offered on a fixed-term basis with an expected end date of 13/10/2026.
