We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our team of nurses.
We are keen to gain a good skills mix within the teams and invite applications from both recently qualified nurses, for whom we will support through preceptorship in the first year of joining, as well as experienced Staff Nurses who want to gain new skills and career progression prospects.
Interviews will take place in a face-to-face format.

You will receive access to training through a dedicated in-house team that prioritizes staff development.
The role provides the opportunity to gain experience in undertaking appraisals, shift coordination, and potentially leading an area of special interest related to acute admission and care.

The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care programs within TOPAS as part of a multidisciplinary team.
To develop and facilitate individual and group therapeutic interventions.
To supervise and teach qualified, unqualified staff, and students.
