Admin Assistant - Perth or Glasgow office 1 -2 days pw the rest working from home - £13ph - 3 month contract with possible extension / permanent role
I am working with an energy company who is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team and commit to a contract that is likely to be extended.
Responsibilities
* Diary Management
* Organising meetings
* Booking travel
* Basic slide preparation
* Sending out team communications
* Team invites and general admin support for the management team and people development committee.
Experience & Skill set required
* At least 3 years Administration experience
* Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
* Good IT skills : word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
* Good attention to detail
