Working closely with suppliers, operations, planning, and quality teams, youll investigate issues, manage supplier non-conformances, and support the introduction of new raw materials. Key Responsibilities : Manage internal and external incidents relating to raw materials, including spot checks, supplier non-conformances, and traceability checks. Carry out raw material due diligence testing, panelling, sampling, and trending of results. Support supplier engagement through visits, calls, and audits to resolve issues and improve standards. Work with Purchasing, Operations, and Planning teams to manage raw material and packaging challenges. Play an active role in the Aurora system project to improve traceability across the site. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - Level 3 Food Hygiene and HACCP (or higher). At least 1 years experience in a QA role within food manufacturing. A basic understanding of chilled, short shelf-life production and microbiology. Strong communication skills and confidence in working with suppliers and internal teams. A keen eye for detail, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to support business needs. A full clean driving licence and good IT skills (Excel and Word essential).
