The Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee compliance operations on a long-term social housing contract.This is a key leadership role ensuring contractual, legal and regulatory obligations are consistently met with a strong emphasis on performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure full compliance with all housing regulations, contractual terms, and internal procedures
2. Monitor and report on supplier and internal performance against SLAs and KPIs
3. Conduct internal audits, maintain risk registers, and oversee corrective actions
4. Stay current with regulatory changes, including Abrams Law
5. Lead compliance reporting and provide insights to senior management
6. Support and advise operational teams on all compliance matters
7. Deliver training and build compliance awareness across the business and supply chain
