The Equine Dental Clinic is a true Centre of excellence for equine dentistry, offering advanced and specialist referral services as well as routine dental appointments.
Within our busy & professional team, we are seeking a part-time Marketing & Brand Communications Executive (2–3 days per week) to lead and develop all aspects of our marketing, social media, advertising, CPD branding & marketing, and public relations activity.
This is not simply a content posting role — it is a creative and strategic position. The successful candidate will take ownership of our brand image and help shape how we present ourselves across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing and developing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
2. Creating high-quality visual and written content aligned with our brand
3. Planning and executing marketing campaigns for:·
4. Referral services / CPD courses / Product sales (including specialist dental imaging equipment)
5. Developing advertising strategies (digital and print)
6. Coordinating PR opportunities, press releases and industry exposure
7. Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
8. Assisting with website content and marketing materials
9. Supporting email marketing campaigns
10. Contributing creative ideas to further develop the Equine Dental Clinic brand
Depending on the candidate’s skills and experience, the role may also include:
11. Light administrative duties
12. Assisting with reception cover on occasion
13. Supporting client communication and general office organisation
It is Essential that the successful candidates has the following skills and experience:
14. Proven experience in marketing, communications or brand development
15. Strong understanding of social media strategy (not just content posting)
16. Excellent written English and attention to detail
17. Creative eye for design, photography and brand presentation - constantly presenting our clinical excellence
18. Confident working independently and taking initiative
19. Strong organisational skills
Additional desirable skills and experience:
20. Familiarity of the equine or veterinary sector
21. Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, similar)
22. Basic video editing skills
23. Website content management experience
24. Understanding of digital advertising
25. Experience in PR or media liaison
26. Office administration experience

Location & Hours
This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week) based at our clinic in Wimborne, Dorset.
Some flexibility may be possible for elements of remote work once established in the role, but regular on-site presence is required.
