The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, working efficiently and independently while maintaining strong client relationships. You will handle transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing clear and commercial advice at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting on a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers
* Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Advising clients on legal and practical aspects of conveyancing transactions
* Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth completions
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related documentation
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced Residential Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge and excellent client service skills.
